Our customers pay a diagnostic fee (aka service charge) of only $45, no matter how long it takes our highly trained service technician to diagnose the problem. Many of our competitors charge up to $65 PER HOUR to find the cause of equipment failure. We are confident in our abilities and we want our customers to benefit from our experience. Once we've found the problem, we offer up-front, flat-rate pricing before any repairs are made. The price quoted is the price paid once the work is completed. No surprises.
We also offer twice-yearly maintenance agreements for $120 per year to help keep our customers equipment running at top efficiency. Statistics show that 80% of all compressor failures are due to a lack of maintenance. In addition to increased efficiency and resulting lower utility bills, we offer Preferred Customer Pricing to our maintenance agreement holders, saving them money on any necessary repairs.
